Od 1950. godine pa nadalje zapo\u010dinje ugradnja UV dezinfekcijskih sustava \u0161irom svijeta.<\/p>\n<p>Danas je UV dezinfekcija vode znanstveno dokazano sigurna, u\u010dinkovita i ekolo\u0161ka metoda odstranjivanja patogenih mikroorganizama i polako mijenja sveop\u0107e prihvatljivo kloriranje vode zbog svojih mnogih prednosti.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_92471\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon fas fa-list-ul\"><\/i><div>Komponente VIQUA UV sustava<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Komponente VIQUA UV sustavav<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator]<div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]UV sustav za dezinfekciju vode je vi\u0161e os spoja svih komponenata koja nam garantiraju mikrobiolo\u0161ku besprijekornost. Posebnu pa\u017enju potrebno je posvetiti varom na reakcijskoj komori, jer kvalitetni vari zna\u0107e kvalitetan proces dezinfekcije.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje razli\u010dite oblike reakcijskih komora, ali sve odlikuju jednake zna\u010dajke koje osiguravaju najoptimalniji protok vode kroz reaktor za \u0161to uspje\u0161njiju dezinfekciju.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div>[vc_separator]<div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>UV \u017earulja<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ve\u010dina UV \u017earulja djeluje na prvi pogled jednako, ali postoje razlike, koje djele \u017earulje na dobre i lo\u0161ije. Zadatak UV \u017earulje je da emitira svijetlost valovne du\u017eine u UV-C spektru s kojim uni\u0161ti mikroorganizme u vodi. U svim UV \u017earuljama se nalazi \u017eiva u malim koli\u010dinama, jer je od klju\u010dnog zna\u010denja za proizvodnju UV svijetilnosti. Vjerojatno se svakom od nas postavlja pitanje zar \u017eiva nije opasna? U velikim koli\u010dinama je \u017eiva svakako elemenat, koji predstavlja opasnost za \u010dovjeka i okoli\u0161, ali se u UV \u017earuljama nalaze izuzetno male koli\u010dine \u017eive. Low pressure high output): niskotla\u010dne \u017earulje s visokim izdatkom. Upotrebljavaju se za ve\u0107e protoke i ve\u0107e temperaturne raspone vode.<\/li>\n<li>LP amalgamske \u017earulje (Amalgam je\u00a0<strong><a class=\"scale\" href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Legura\">slitina<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u017eive s natrijem, cinkom, bakrom, srebrom i zlatom) : djeluju malo druga\u0107ije od klasi\u010dnih LP \u017earulja i do 3 puta su u\u010dinkovitije. U njega je umetnuta \u017earulja, koja emitira UV svijetilnost. Kvarcno staklo se u procesu kori\u0161tenja mo\u017ee uprljati zbog prisutnosti minerala i nepo\u017eeljnih spojeva u vodi. Samo \u010disto staklo propu\u0161ta zadovoljavaju\u0107u koli\u010dinu UV svjetilnosti za deaktivaciju svih mikroorganizama te ga je potrebno o\u010distiti pri mijenjanju \u017earulje. S kontrolnom jedinicom nadziremo svijetilnu mo\u0107 UV \u017earulje i odr\u017eavamo UV-C zra\u010denje. Kontrolne jedinice su razli\u010dite, mogu biti jednostavne (kao vidimo na slici), sa samo dva svijetlosna signala ili kompleksne i imamo svijetlosne signale za svaku komponentu cjelog sustava.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno je uva\u017eavati sva uputstva proizvo\u0111a\u010da UV sustava i pri javljanju signala provjeriti djelovanje sustava. Moramo biti svjesni toga da je za uspje\u0161nu dezinfekciju vode potrebno djelovanje svih komponenata i da moramo za to upotrebljavati certificirane sastavne dijelove proizvo\u0111a\u010da UV sustava.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]<\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_24838\"><span class=\"cz_acc_child\"><i class=\"cz-acc-i cz-acc-icon far fa-edit\"><\/i><div>Izvedba UV sustava<\/div><\/span><div class=\"cz_acc_child_content clr\">[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Izvedba UV sustava<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]UV dezinfekcija je izuzetno u\u010dinkovit sustav uni\u0161tenja patolo\u0161kih mikroorganizama u vodi uz garantiranje propisanih zahtjeva po zadovoljavaju\u0107oj koli\u010dini UV zra\u010denja, da bi deaktivirali sve \u0161tetne mikroorganizme.<\/p>\n<p>Vrlo va\u017enu ulogu pri uspje\u0161noj UV dezinfekciji vode ima prikladna kakvo\u0107a vode. Voda, prije ulaska u reakcijsku komoru mora zadovoljiti propisane kriterije o sadr\u017eaju primjesi. Koliko UV svijetilnosti \u0107e pro\u0107i kroz vodu izra\u017eavamo s UVT jedinicom (eng. UV Trasmission) i prika\u017eemo ju u postocima. Nizak UVT dobimo, kada je u vodi velika koli\u010dina minerala i organskih \u010destica, koji apsorbiraju ili odbijaju UV svijetilnost i tako UV svijetilnost ne posti\u017ee neke od mikroorganizama te ih posljedi\u010dno ne uni\u0161ti i dezinfekcija vode nije potpuno u\u010dinkovita. Preporu\u010dljivo je da se sva voda filtrira preko 5 mikronskog filtera prije ulaska u UV reakcijsku komoru, jer tako onogu\u0107ujemo uspje\u0161no djelovanje UV sustava te se ujedno rje\u0161avamo i neugodnog okusa i mirisa vode.<\/p>\n<p>Pitka voda iz javne mre\u017ee u stambenim objektima ima UVT vrijednost oko 85-95%. Za dezinfekciju vode u UV sustavima potrebno je osigurati jednaku UVT vrijednost ili vi\u0161lju od 95%. Naime UV \u017earulje s vremenom gube mo\u010d i mogu proizvesti sve manje i manje UV svijetilnosti prikladne valovne du\u017eine, koja deaktivira patogene mikroorganizme. Redovitom godi\u0161njom promijenom \u017earulje ste se osigurali da \u0107e do vas prite\u0107i mikrobiolo\u0161ko besprijekorna pitka voda. Kvarcno staklo je elemenat, koji okru\u017euje UV \u017earulju \u0161titi ju od ulaska vode, propu\u0161ta UV svjetilnost da UV \u017earulja neometano uni\u0161tava u vodi prisutne mikroorganizme. Prilikom kori\u0161tenja se kvarcno staklo mo\u017ee zaprljati zbog prisutnosti mineralnih \u010destica u vodi.<\/p>\n<p>Ako se kvarcno staklo uprlja, smanji se propusnost UV svijetlosti kroz staklo i stupanj dezinfekcije vode \u0107e se smanjiti. \u010ci\u0161\u0107enje stakla je brzo i jednostavno s upotrebom sredstva za odstranjivanje mineralnih \u010destica. U slu\u010daju kada se staklo ne da o\u0107istiti i \u0107ini se da ne\u0107e propustiti dovoljno UV svijetlosti, potrebno je razmisliti o zamijeni kvarcnog stakla.<\/p>\n<p>Te dvije osnovne komponente tra\u017ee samo malo ulo\u017eenog truda za neometano djelovanje UV sustava. Mogu\u0107nost, da bi do\u0161lo do gre\u0161ki na ostalim komponentama, izuzetno je mala.
